Pre Convention Tuesday, July 23 at 4pm. Boston Red Sox vs. Tampa Bay Rays at historic Fenway Park in Boston, MA. Cost includes transportation, ticket, and a bagged meal & beverage. Limit 100 tickets. Out-of-town registrants will get first shot at these tickets before February 18, 2013. 70 70

After Convention Sunday, July 28 at 12noon – 4pm. Guided bus tour of Downtown Boston terminating at Logan Airport planned before 4pm; with a stop at historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Luggage will be carried in the bus’ baggage compartment. 36 36

Coco Key Water Theme Park is adjacent to the Convention Hotel. Half price water park tickets are available through a separate link (TBA) and must be purchased in advance of arrival.
For guests wishing to arrive before Convention, or stay after Convention -Sunday through Tuesday, July 21-23, or Sunday through Tuesday, July 29-31, room prices: $75 per person double occupancy, $150 single occupancy; price includes all taxes.

 

FJMC Convention Policies and additional notes:

  1. For registration purposes, Spouses includes Significant Others.
  2. Commuters. Commuter prices are only available for attendees who reside within 100 miles of the Doubletree by Hilton Boston North Shore. Pricing includes breakfast & lunch & dinner; whether eaten or not.
  3. Partial Package & Meals.. Sleeping Rooms for Meals for one (1), two (2) and three (3) consecutive days, starting with dinner the first night. If additional meals are necessary, please indicate which additional meals.
  4. Every person must register through the registration system. If billing for multiple persons will be accommodated under the same account, please link all persons under the primary account name.
  5. Cancellation Policy. If a registrant cancels his or her convention registration after having paid by credit card, the refund will be by check. Full refunds will be given more than one month prior to the convention, but if the reservation was paid by credit card, there will be a deduction of up to 5% to cover the service fee of the credit card company. Those canceling less than one month before the convention will forfeit an amount equivalent to the registration fee. Exceptions to this rule must be approved in writing by the convention chairman or his designee.
